Saint John's Cathedral is a community of communities, a large congregation with a place for everyone. We care for one another and reach out to those in need. We are a place for questions and rediscovery, stillness and growth. We are welcoming and inclusive of all. Your generous spiritual and financial support nourishes the Cathedral and helps us continue our work.

Annual Pledging: Supporting the Mission of Saint John's Cathedral

All members of the Cathedral family are given the opportunity and privilege of making an annual pledge. When you are asked to make a monetary pledge and to participate in the work of this Cathedral, please do so knowing that you are giving back a part of God's gifts to you.  Your annual pledge helps the Cathedral count on your gift with annual planning, budgeting, and supporting our community.  Pledge Now >

Planned Giving: Leaving a Lasting Legacy

Saint John's Cathedral has established The Martyn Hart Legacy Society to recognize parishioners and friends who have indicated their intention of providing a legacy gift benefiting the Cathedral.  Once you inform us that you have named Saint John's Cathedral as a beneficiary of your estate, you will become a member of the Martyn Hart Legacy Society. You do not need to tell us the particulars of your plans; only that you have made them. There are no minimum financial requirements.  For more information about the Martyn Hart Legacy Society or to make a legacy gift, please contact the Stewardship Department at or at 303-831-7115.

Transfer Stock

A gift of stock is a great way to support Saint John's Cathedral—whether as your Annual Fund gift or as a gift to Endowment or the Capital Campaign. By giving appreciated securities, you may receive double tax savings: you may be able to take a charitable deduction for the mean fair market value of the stock on the date of the gift, and you could avoid capital gains tax. We suggest that you consult your tax advisor for complete details on the tax implications of your gift.

Saint John's Cathedral is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We receive no funding from the government or any national church. Your gifts are tax-deductible and support the Cathedral’s educational programming, services, and events.

We accept:
Gifts of cash, checks, credit cards
        Gifts of marketable securities
        Gifts of other assets
        Matching gifts
