YOGA!

Jesus told us to love others as we love ourselves. We often disregard the loving ourselves part. Body prayer can help, and yoga is one way. See below for classes scheduled.

YOGA ON WEDNESDAYS
5:30-6:45 pm, Room 200: Registered Yoga Teacher (with Yoga Aliance) Jan Bernstein will offer a Wednesday yoga class to the Saint John's community. Come to stretch, breathe, relieve tension and enjoy relaxation. The Wednesday class is offered through the Christian Ed Dept.; a donation basket will gratefully receive gifts. Suggested donation is $5, $10, OR $15 per session...whatever you can! Make checks payable to Saint John's Cathedral. All are welcome!

Adult Ed at SJC

We deepen our relationship with God when we learn about our faith, and about ourselves. In addition to small groups, EFM, and the Catechumenate, Saint John's offers classes for adults on Sunday mornings and at other times during the week. While you'll gain the most from attending an entire series, these offerings are designed to accommodate the "drop-in," too. So, please, drop in!

The Dean's Forum
is on break until September.

10:15 in room 200
ADULT FORMATION CLASSES are also on break until the Fall.
