General and handicapped parking is available in front of the Cathedral’s Welcome Center at 1350 Washington Street. Additional general parking is located north of 14th Avenue behind Argonaut Liquors with entrances on Washington and Clarkson Streets. Street parking is also available on the blocks around the Cathedral.
Cathedral seating is on cushioned wood pews. Most pews seat either seven or eight persons comfortably. All of the entrances
to the Cathedral are wheelchair-accessible, but the most convenient is located at the southwest corner of the Cathedral, adjacent to the handicap parking section. Wheelchair seating is usually next to pews along the outside aisles. The doors open 60 minutes prior to the concert, unless otherwise indicated.
Please note that concerts at Saint John's happen a variety of ways: many are free with a freewill donation collected, but some are ticketed. The Cathedral sells tickets only for concerts produced by the Cathedral, such as our choir's own performances of Handel's Messiah each year. Other local ensembles use our space and sell their own tickets; the Cathedral does not sell tickets for these concerts. Please read the description of the concert you wish to attend on our concerts page for ticket information.
